Review: Biomutant
01-06-2021
About the game:
BIOMUTANT is a post-apocalyptic open-world kung-fu RPG with a unique combat system that mixes martial arts, gunfights, and mutant skills.
The world has been plagued by a plague and the roots of the Tree of Life are dying. How tribes are divided. Explore a world in turmoil and decide your destiny: will you be its savior or will you lead it to an even darker destination?
Price:
You can find this game on Steam for 59,99€ and on InstantGaming for 36,79€.
My thoughts:
I was expecting a lot more from this game but this is what I felt - Clunky movements, bugged actions, the combat system is the same and gets boring after a while, the narration is good but it bores one since the characters speak gibberish. The quests are all fetch and there's no connection anywhere. Not worth the 59,99€, but if you get it cheaper you can give it a try. I will give this game a 5/10.

Gamers opinions:
Sir Cowpoke (Youtuber) - "My thoughts on the game are it is a well-designed game. Super fun to play, explore, and a different take on an open-world RPG. However, the story of the game is lazy and lacks depth."
