About the game: In The Tenants, we play an interior designer, real estate agent and landlord, we furnish apartments, we take care of tenants' worries and we kick them out when they don't pay enough.

In this mix of tycoon game and The Sims-like social game with construction mode and hundreds of pieces of furniture, we furnish apartments, we take care of the tenants' worries, we investment in new houses and apartments. Cockroaches, alcoholics, and earthquakes are just a few of the problems we have to deal with.

My thoughts about "The Tenants":

It's a fun game dedicated to re-build apartments. In this game, you will need to furnish a lot of apartments before being able to buy your own apartment and rent it out. The annoying part of this game is that you will have to do the same projects over and over again to make money to buy yourself an apartment. After you get a few apartments that's when the fun begins, at least for me, you can rent your apartment per room or you can sell it as a family apartment. You also have the option to ask for money from the bank, which a don't recommend since it doesn't give you the option to pay it down whenever you want.

This is a nice simulator to start understanding how real estate works in real life. I loved the game, a shame I had to do the same project all the time to get the money to buy apartments. I would give this game a 7/10.
